If the HDD #s are very close (for example 125k, 128k, 130k), the Soundscan #s (official) could differ from the HDD #s - giving the #1 to any of those top three competitors.

Well, luckily Gaga sold all of her albums through traditional means. HSN is a big retailer so I'm gonna assume they will be counted and the 2,000 signed copies came from an actual music store so I'm gonna assume they're counted as well. I think in the end it's gonna come down to the final numbers from the big-box retailers, which no doubt can vary.
And damn, Babs, at those amazing second week sales.
