Bey WAS respected by the industry with her first album. It confirmed what everyone knew, that she was destined to be a solo star. There is a reason Crazy In Love is still considered to be the best debut songs, ever. The only people who said, and still say, "all she does is shake her booty", are purely haters using stereotypes to undermine her talent and abilities. Every album release has only brought more acclaim and respect.

Bey and Taylor are both miles above their peers. Katy, Rih, Gaga, Kesha, Britney, Xtina, Pink, etc.. None of them will ever see the Metacritic/Awards peaks that Taylor and Beyonce have reached.
