Britney will never release an album that is not pure pop.
If his Weeknd comment holds any validity, what they mean is its Britneys pure pop with some dose of that minimal rnb. Maybe along the lines of Breathe On Me or that Welcome to Me demo. Obviously.

But ill agree with all of you in assuming nothing they say is accurate. BJ was just....the biggest Britney disappointment of all time imo.
