The OP picture is a picture of the predicted 15, before the show started. The easiest way I can break it down is it is like in Horse Racing. Before the race even begins there is a predicted order of who will get 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. based on the betting odds.
This doesn't mean that when the competition stars that is how the order will play out. For example, Vietnam, the number 1 contender didn't even make it in the top 15
