I disagree that she was never trend. Maybe she didn't consciously set out to be but she definitely was trendy for a time.

Also, women in pop don't have to "fight to look young and trendy" at 29. Most of them still are. It's not until they get in their mid-30s that they start getting phased out for younger women.

And yeah I stan Gaga but I am not biased, she did wrong in this interview and sounds bitter I mean the iron maiden comparison is stupid, it's obvious people were going to compare you to Madonna because at the start of your career you borrowed some of her iconic outfits oh and because you are a pop girl, what she was expecting to? sometimes she opens her mouth and doesn't realize the things she say.

Pretty sure the entire dialogue went 'viral' quite recently, with Madonna herself posting it on Instagram. Doesn't matter who's calling who old. The industry expects you NOT to look or act older than a 21-year-old until you're in your 30s (which will Gaga will be next year), so what she's saying applies to her very much. Don't act brand new.
