Guys. I work in PR and advertising, and I don't know if this is the strategy her PR team is using but I believe she's not acknowledging the cancellations because it would create a bigger negative image. If she acknowledges it, it goes out to the open and people talk **** about her. However, if she doesn't, it stays in the down low and no one talks about it other than the select few that know. So to keep her image stain-free, she just keeps quiet. The cancellations may or may not be her fault, but staying silent would be best for now.
I'm not making excuses for the way she's handling this though. It's just business.
