Anyway, I think the 'Fantasy Ride' era would have been a smash, if they released singles like this:
1stHigh Price / Love Sex Magic 2ndWork / Turntables 3rd Like A Surgeon / Echo 4thKeep Dancin' On Me / Pucker Up
First song for urban, second for pop.
Only Jive is that stupid to waste a great album like this.
OK that really would have been super messy:-/
and i think "pucker up" or "work' would have been the best first
singles and they both cater to every format....
Oh yeaaaaah, I forgot about "Work"... "Echo" not so much.
Jive ****ed up the release of 'Work', unexpectedly.
And 'Echo' would have slayed everywhere, the best song on the CD for me, has smash written all over it, it doesn't get boring even for a second, and that music fits her the best IMO.
^ Knowing what I know I would never release Love Sex Magic!
'Keep Dancin' On Me' and 'Like A Surgeon' were the best balladish songs on the album and KDOM would have slayed at R&B.
Agree on the other choices, 'High Price' could have been as big as 'Oh', 'Work' would smash, 'Pucker Up' would slay on pop and 'Like A Surgeon' on R&B.

Like A Surgeon was EPIC, KDOM was a boring mess Please dont compare the two!
