hopefully kanye's 'minimalist' **** doesnt permeate the whole era, this is so boring tbh. they shouldve made it some kind of story, the whole video is basically just all of them mugging for the camera for 3 minutes.
There's a difference between putting effort and being try-hard. This is giving fake pretentious, I'm trying so hard to be ~indy~ and minimal and not look like I'm trying hard when I clearly am.
they took it back to what matters - the music. this is how music started. care free and simple. pop music has become twisted and calculated in every aspect. refreshing.

I agree with this, except it being a "good" song. The song is a straight up B-side reject. It's generic and that off tune singing on Kanye's part is so unbearable.
