Kesha will kill her own career with her backtracking, retractions of the backtracking, and sob stories. She's not going to win trying to slander Dr. Luke's name in the press. I understand she wants full creative control but the way she's been going about it is wrong. The right way is to fulfill everything you're legally bound/agreed to do in the contract then move on once the contract is fulfilled. Does she really think her other peers have much creative control and aren't bound to iron-clad contracts? lol. This is how the business works. Most pop artists don't have full creative license with their first record deal.

Just because Kesha has a writing credit on the song doesn't mean she liked the lyrics lol. You know who else has a writing credit on the song? Dr. Luke. Under the current contract, he can force Kesha to do whatever he wants musically.

For all you know Luke HAD Kesha claim she wrote Die Young because it's good PR for artists to seem like they are involved 100% in their music. But we know, for a fact, that Dr Luke is controlling of her endeavours. You really think he's going to let her release a lead single from a new album without his stamps of approval? Please.

These allegations are serious. It's not some frivolous thing. If she is caught lying she will literally become a SYMBOL of deception among the public. In this age where feminist theory continues to build steam, the cultural backlash would be more than one person could take. No sane person is going to make that risk.

she literally said in an interview that she loved the song and was 100% behind it, then come sandy hook she had a meltdown because of the backlash and claimed that he made her sing the entire thing. thats petty and fake; to be so willing to take credit for a song you were "forced" to write while its a hit then drop it and blame someone else because it received backlash. sorry shes giving me pathological liar teas

Very astute. This alone would be enough reason for someone to not even consider pulling this lawsuit together if it weren't true. Kesha would never take that chance on the entire population of women who have been physically and sexually assaulted.
