The Russian stage was terrible... Expensive =/= good. It was way too big and difficult to fill the stage during the performances without making it look like the artists were drowning. On the other end of the spectrum we have the stage from 2007 which was too small.
I'll survive. I'm more sad I won't have Circus Ukraine this year
FYRM has a rather good song that will probably blow in English.
And the best stage recently to me was 2012. I liked how the whole space felt intimate even with the dueling catwalks. And I really liked how they did their green room.
2012 runs a close second, I loved the use of the orbs in building sets and the light up wall was awesome. 2013 was the worst to me, such a waste of massive space. 2007 was really small but that catwalk and videowall I still live for, best display ever.
