Not even close. She may be the best female pop performer right now, but that doesn't mean at all she's at MJ's/Madonna's level. She needs to reach certain level of iconicness, media frenzy, actual IMPACT, memorable/iconic performances, etc. And it just doesn't feel like she's done that. It's not just about being a good performer or doing good on tour.
She is cementing herself as an icon on her own, though. I gotta give her that.

And tbh, the only pop act that feels remotely close to Madge and MJ is Britney. She's not at her prime at all, but she's accomplished everything I mentioned that is needed to even be close to those two.

You can have fifteen quick lil #1 hits, it means nothing if nobody remembers it.
However, she goes have 5 #1 albums though!
#1 hits do not make you a legend.
Talent/impact/being memorable does.

Beyoncé can't even get a Top 10 pop hit. When was the last time? 3 albums ago? But there are plenty of non-pop songs that DO hit the Top 10 of Pop. Look at what's #1 right now. You would think "the most powerful woman in music" could accomplish such a feat, but apparantly radio don't care enough.

Exactly. This people belittle Britney because she flopped with BJ and she doesn't "dance like she used to". But Britney's cultural impact cannot be denied, like it or not, out of the current pop acts, Britney's closest. Because of her overall career. This teenagers like to think Bey is on M and MJ's level because she her last album's had decent sales and she's had a pretty big tour. When Beyonce reaches the IMPACT and OVERALL more successful career than Brit, then we can see IF she's close to M and MJ.

Neither tour came close to selling the tickets Michael's two best selling tours did, and they were in the 80s and 90s before touring revenue exploded in the 2000s (check Madge's pre-Re-invention tour receipts for proof).

Michael Jackson was a world class dancer. Madonna isn't a world class anything. That's not subjective, it's just his talent as a dancer > any talent Madge has. Record sales aren't subjective - Michael has an album that sold in the region of seventy million copies, along with two other albums that have outsold any Madonna album. He has the best selling remix album, studio album and second-best selling multi-disc album. He sold more records than any artists bar The Beatles and Elvis, even excluding J5/The Jacksons sales. None of that is subjective - instead your comment is with your "artistic" crap Both are/were heavily involved in creating their music, though I contest Michael is a far better songwriter (see Tabloid Junkie for proof) - he is in the songwriting hall of fame, Madge isn't. This is success Madonna has never known.

Grammys mean more than any other award in music. Michael got the Grammy Legend Award and the Life Time Achievement Award. Beyond them, Michael has a VMA named after him and more AMAs than anyone else. He has a music video in the Congressional Library!

Can you not? Madge can't touch Michael. Even she knows that.
