She wasn't touring with self titled! That was a tour for an album that was released 2 years prior. Bey had no promo and sold 3 million. This whole "BJ had no promo so it was a success" is bs.

However, since we're on that subject and you decided to bring this upon yourself, Vegas WAS promo. Why? Vegas residencies are always hyped up. Cher, Celine, Bette, all did Vegas and were hyped to the high heavens. THAT'S promo. Touring with music that's not on your upcoming album that doesn't have a title and no one for sure if it's coming or not ISN'T promo.
