don't know what happened so we
can't assume.
Moreover, even if we were to assume, the very first thing we hear is "You will??" from the girl, implying a threat from woman.
But anyway, if you think 15 second of "I'm not in your face. You mad? You mad or nah?" is enough "provocation" to warrant a racist tirade, then we're done here.
What excuse could there ever be?

Both of them need to get slapped, but let's not even try to say filming someone in public is "worse" than spouting off a mouthful of racial slurs at someone on the street.
