All the blogs and the Australian news station said they were explicitly talking about Rihanna though. It's not unreasonable to think they were.

And with the way that T-Boz is staunchly defending their comments without trying to explain that the comments were taken out of context, I'm now pretty sure Rihanna is who they were alluding to.

I did watch the video and no, they did not mention her name. They made general statements about stuff without any specifics. The fact that the station, her fans and Rihanna herself assumed/figured that they were talking about her just because they were talking about people needing to put clothes on says more about her than it does about them.
