of course it's not done. and it won't be until december, and it has nothing to do with the first single.
it's common to release the lead single before all the other tracks are finished, britney has done that. pussycat dolls just did it with WIGU, as well as many others. jive could release the first single by september and brit would have 3 more months to keep working on her album.
also she's been working on that since what? march? april? that's like 5 months. yonka recorded bday in 2 weeks lol. and brit brit is working with like 20 GREAT producers, im sure they have at least 10 good songs finished by now. she released BOMT in 99, OIDIA in 00 and BRITNEY in 01 so a new album this year is very likely.
