Actually that's not true, all her albums besides 'Metamorphosis' sold much better worldwide, for instance. 'Hilary Duff' only sold 1.3 in the USA, but over 3,000,000 total (2,000,000+ outside the USA), same goes for 'Most Wanted' and 'Dignity', and even 'Metamorphosis' sales were higher worldwide. So actually, less than 60% percent of that comes from the USA.
