Well, my dad really likes Gaga out of every female popstar there is and completely HATES Rihanna but once in the car I was saying how I wanted to go Vegas to see Britney and he said "why don't you just look at water running, it moves more than her and makes more vocal noise"
My mum doesn't really understand pop culture and calls everybody "weird" if they wear a leotard, but she stans for ABBA so
I had Gags as the wallpaper of my laptop and it was that picture where she was sitting on the circuit throne with no clothes on and those weird glasses she was shocked but told me "is that Gaga ?" I said yes and she told me glad to see she's looking healthy and good , when I asked her why she said "healthy" she told me that before she used to look scary skinny , I still don't know how she knew all of this
my mom is a Katy Perry stan, she LOVES her music, and she likes Gaga too, we were driving around last week, and I played DWUW and she was like "don't change it!!! this song makes me feel young and ****ty!!"
My parents aren't that bad. But they believe everything they hear on the radio. My dad hates Rihanna and Beyoncé but he stans for P!nk at least. My mom doesn't know quite as much.
They're pretty up to date with pop culture. My dad is currently stanning for Lorde. My mom is stanning a bit for Lily Allen (not this new **** tho) and Goldfrapp.

He puts any album he could find into his iPod Classic so he stans for some of the old Britney, Madonna, and random girls like Vanessa Carlton CDs that my sister used to own.

My dad barely knows anything about pop culture, but he watches CNN all the time.
He knew about Bieber getting arrested. He said he felt really bad for him, and he thinks he's a nice boy.
And he only knows who Beyonce is because he watched the presidential inauguration, so he knows her as "the girl who lip synced the national anthem"
