There are still massive petitions for the 3DS version to be released in the West.
They also recently acknowledged the demand, which is good.
There are people online who have been able to translate most of the text with just an English patch, so it shows it wouldn't take much for Namco Bandai to translate the game, and give the voice actors for Digimon Fusion a quick lil paycheck to voice the game.
I mean Digimon Masters is huge for PC, they recently announced over 20 million subscriptions WW. And the US Facebook page for JUST this game has over 350k likes (the whole Pokemon franchise has only 5M). There is definitely potential
Digimon Fusion is also doing well. It's now been picked up by a second US TV station and it's been picked up WW as well.
They have a real chance to rebuild in the US right now, and they aren't taking it seriously imo.
