Songs like Dynamite, California Gurls etc. were made due to Tik Tok's success.

Plus Tik Tok was Dr Luke's big break and the reason why people worked with him. It was also the reason why everyone was wanting Ke$ha on their tracks (writing or collaborating).

No. There's a lot more that goes into becoming a top tier, A-list pop star on the level of the ladies listed in the OP and having successful singles and only one moderately successful album doesn't cut it. IMO she feels more like a female Flo Rida/Pitbull type. Some hugely successful singles under her belt; not much impact or presence in any other areas.

I was with you up until the Flo Rida / Pitbull comparison again. She's nothing like them. Please actually give her album tracks and unreleased a listen before making uninformed judgements such as this. Fair enough from the singles, but they're all Dr. Luke's picks anyway, and are arguably the most generic tracks from each album.

Not true at all. P!nk commands something Ke$ha lacks: public respect. Ke$ha is still perceived as a shallow party girl, and middle America sits somewhere between "I can't help but like her music, it's so catchy!" and "she's so trashy!" I don't doubt it, but I also like the side of Ke$ha that ATRL usually hates. There's something to be said for the irony of the "free Ke$ha" movement when I see the same people turn around and bash the work Ke$ha has control over (cough cough, Dirty Love).

I really want Ke$ha to succeed.
I feel like she has a lot of potential, that the GP hasn't seen yet. For the GP she has that drunk party girl image who can't sing. But i have seen early videos of her. I have seen that she can, and i know she is a songwriter too!
So i hope she comes back with a smash project and blows everyone away

Just to clarify, I was strictly speaking from a perspective of the type of success/impact she's had and not analyzing her artistry. The extent of my knowledge of her musically begins and ends with Tik Tok and the most I could probably do is hum the melody of the chorus because I have no clue what the words are after the "don't stop..." part. I don't know much about Flo Rida or Pitbull's music either, but that is simply my perspective as someone that only knows of her arbitrarily.

Dirty Love is a fan favourite, hence why everyone had a set from the video.

But your argument is invalid because:

a) Dr Luke produced the track.
b) Most fans hated Iggy's version, but loved the solo version.

I think people like to think that its Ke$ha's songs that are famous and not Ke$ha when in fact with her last era both C'mon and Crazy Kids under performed but she made more of a name for herself outside of the music industry; with her reality show, successful jewellery line and her work with animals.
