Not only am I shocked that Chris Brown will actually retire, but I'm almost amazed that he might retire in the Top 3! That's huge, and he's definitely earned it.
Boys Like Girls should retire pretty high too, and if someone were to tell me a couple months ago that TGE would retire, I'd call them crazy.
