I only found out about these sisters a few months ago but since then they've been slaying me. It's been a while since we've had such good female soft-rockers come into prominence, so I'm just really happen for them.

The only other DJ that made it into the Top Artists countdown. Well, Clarity was a big hit and I love Hayley Williams so that's why he's so high here I guess. But his productions are pretty solid (though they may feel formulaic and similar at times), like his productions for Gaga are just great (except for Donatella that was just meh).
Whoops! Forgot to post for a while cos of Gaguilera

One of the best bands I found this year. Their album is great, Matthew Healy's voice is amazing, everything about this band is awesome. Their music is just so dancy and boppy and they have that nostalgic hipster sound too, which is really cool.

Alecia Moore drops 20 spots this year, but she released great singles this year and her album still sounds awesome. Hope she continues to deliver out-of-this-world performances!

JT made quite a big return this year and he deserves his success. I don't use his albums though, the songs are just so long and I don't fancy them, but I use his singles (except for the Part 2/2 ones those just sound like trash to me).

Welp. Last year's runner-up has fallen 28 positions, landing right in the top 30. I guess because Paradise was sort of underwhelming for me, compared to the legendary Born to Die. And I did not use the Summertime Sadness remix at all.

Yeezy returned this year releasing Yeezus with no lead single etc. Though it's a good album, it has poor replay value to me. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy remains his best. Oh and I Am a God literally gives me nightmares. And On Sight hurts my brain. But they are still somewhat cool songs, just not something I wanna listen to over and over.
NO.28
Of Monsters and Men

Icelandic indie folk rockers finally makes it onto Top Artists countdown, after slaying last year with Little Talks. Their singles sound pretty much like smash singles, though 2 of them were released way before I found them hence it was weird for me to insert them into my weekly charts and hence my Top Singles countdown. And apparently Dirty Paws was released to pop radio? But it didn't catch on I guess? I wish it did, it's probably their best song.

Mrs. Kroeger drops a spot from last year, despite releasing new singles and a new album. Why? Because this album is crap. I don't know how it got better reviews than Goodbye Lullaby, but it's so much worse! I'll reserve my comments for the album for my Underwhelming Albums list if I decide to do that.
EDIT: Well I decided not to do an Underwhelming Albums list, but know that if I do it'll top it. But what I wanted to say is that some songs are just ugh. Like Bad Girl and Hello Kitty, what??? The ballads pale in comparison to Goodbye Lullaby's ones, like Remember When and Wish You Were Here. Rock N Roll is just, sigh.

These guys are (sort of) slaying this year I guess, with 3 singles in my Top 100. Gossamer is a huge bop and the singles they released are so good.
