OMG not Interscope having to sabotage Eminem in order for Gaga to get that number one she hasn't had in a long time.
Too bad that ARTPOP sales won't be enough to pay for the ArtRave.
Its quite correct, although there is some mistakes (as preorders are 100K instead of 125K).
But yes counting drop you mostly need to take account weekly sales what in this case will be ~150K. Usual drops for pop artists are about 65-70% what makes 45-53K. Since she have several promo spots next week compared to SNL only this week drop should be smaller. I personally expect 50-60K second week for now, but it might get both ways depending on how she will promote album (her Fame/TFM performances was good but now often they only can be described as "circus arrived in town" and that isn't really selling albums).
They said "north of 100k", which I interpreted around 125k. But maybe that means 104k or something, I'm not sure how much they were rounding.
Eminem drop is bigger than expected. MMLP2 sold more than Recovery first week but Recovery sold more than 300k on its second week. I was rooting for him but

Honestly, if gaga can deliver a terrible performance, that may help sales. Look at Mileys VMAs. Doing mediocre performances as she has been doing r clearly not going to do much for alberm sells
Interscope shipped 1.1 million copies of mmlp2 to stores. Unless they shipped more for the second week, 200k would be about what's left there (give or take and then plus whatever sells on itunes)
There were 500k albums shipped for gaga at least, right? Because of the foil thing? So I guess it wasn't undershipped
