And you know what, for those bothered who keep repeating it doesn't count because she's featured in this, let me break it down for you:
1. A week ago, no one knew this band and the song wasn't charting anywhere.
2. Christina somehow heard Say Something and called them to participate in it, making a new and better version of this - the song is now a duet.
3. By doing this, Christina also gave them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sing on The Voice. She made that happen.
It's just that simple - if Christina didn't sing in this song, SS wouldn't be having this success.

Indeed, it is simple logic. I really can't believe people are using the featuring thing to discredit her. It doesn't even make sense, but I guess haters will cling to whatever they find to bring her down.
If they didn't care about Christina then they would have bought the solo version, simple as that.
