"A lot" of promo for a new artist that no one knows about. Now that the song is technically a hit, the actual promotion most popular artists do could happen which is what I meant with the TV performance/appearances, etc.
And Iggy isn't one to conform... if she doesn't like the way they're handling her career, she will find a way to get out as I don't doubt, from her experience, Iggy made sure that option will (always) be there for her. She could have signed a deal AGES ago and did it now for a reason and I highly doubt she would just give/put her entire career on someone else's hands after everything she did on her own.
When she said the first three singles were already planned earlier this year, I knew "Work" would always be a song to introduce her but my point was that, now that it's already a "mainstream hit" in the UK, they might as well try to turn it into a "smash hit"... I doubt it would be hard for them to book a TV spot somewhere now.
But bring on "Bounce", I'm not complaining... if for some reason that isn't big enough to LEAD her debut album there's always the third single
