Mariah Carey's "Love Birds", debuts at #3 with no promo whatsoever on Valentine's Day. The single is planned to hopefully hop up another spot to #2 next week, even w/ more competition. They aren't looking for a #1 since they probably won't do very much promo, nor performances. When it reaches a peak, they plan to release a back-to-back single to accompany it on the Chart and help "Love Birds" keep a strong longetivity.
