True, but that does not change the fact that it was mostly indistinguishable filler aside from the singles.
OIAM was golden, a whole different sound nobody had heard. It broke ground for Timabaland and Missy as Producers.
AANBAN is really her only album that sounded mostly like every song from the 90's at the time, thanks to R.Kelly non out of the box producing. But it was still golden, multi-platinum to be exact.

Being new and different and innovative is cool, but I'm just saying, almost every track was the same new, different innovation as the last sans the singles.

Well, she didn't write or produce. She mainly just added flawless vocals at the end. It would depend on her writers and producers unless she decided to start doing some stuff herself. It makes me sad tbh. But whatever. When you are called, you are called.

Bedtime Stories is decidedly R&B and would not be a miss here. It's more R&B than Daydream! (And features the better Babyface productions/co-writes, but that's for another day ...)

I have heard "Back to Black". I would call it and "21" British Soul, BUT I did say subgenres of R&B like Neo-Soul for example would be acceptable. So yes, I'll allow it. You may vote for Amy.
I have not heard those albums. Don't know if I have time to listen this weekend. We'll see about the next two weeks. Ask someone else in the meantime.
