2 singles before the albums would be fine. She needs 2 HUGE smashes before the album is out this time I believe. Then the third single would be released around the same time with the album. That would be just perfect.

So for those who believe she will do something during the nontouring period in July, I think she will release the first single around July and the 2nd single sometime around Oct/Nov. A single needs around 3 month before moving on to the next one. So in this case she will be still fine to release the album early next year.

I dont think a big gap between the first single and the album can cause a problem. As long as they smash. Singles are singles. The hype for the album will be just huge if the first and the second single smash hard. Its OK to have a long but successful era.

I think y'all are getting ahead of yourselves a little bit. Gaga said that she would announce the title of her new album in September. She didn't say anything about lead singles from said album or the release date of said album. She revealed BTW in Sept. 2010 and we STILL didn't get it until May 2011. So just calm down.

People will buy the album If they like it. BTW got so much promotion and sold mediacore. Marry The Night got so much promotion and failed.

I'm guessing at a first single in September/October but that gap in July is very conspicuous

Either way, she can take her time. The time since MTN was released has flown by, so I'm sure it will until this albums release.

While a holiday release is ideal, if she's only announcing the title in september i honestly doubt we'll see it until 2013.

I mean, she'd need a single (most likely 2) and her label would need to start pre-album advertisement and of course pre-album promo.

I'm not here for a rushed release. She doesn't have room to flop this era.
