I Forgive You must be her 4th single. It's very radio friendly and easy to sing along to. I really hope she releases at least 5 singles... I want her to reach platinum!

Rock doesn't do well in mainstream anymore, especially dated rock. I could see it matching "All I Ever Wanted", possibly a faster peaking "I Do Not Hookup" if promoted.

I like the song, but that **** doesn't sell now. Let it stay a mediocre album track.

Yeah, I don't see how Let Me Down would flop, but I Forgive You wouldn't. I mean, they're both pop rock, but IFY is so beyond dated, where as LMD at least has an edge to it and a modern production style.

LMD is similar to Katy's ET, while IFY is just Since You Been Gone Part 7.

I totally agree with this idea. I think Dark Side will only be her "ballad" in this era though technically it's not one.

You Love Me won't flop but I feel like it will be similar to the Walk Away success and I think it's the best song to conclude the era.

Let Me Down, on the other hand will not flop but it won't be successful and it will remain in the charts about 10-15 weeks which is not bad. All the casual listeners will label her again as a boy-basher artist and her style of music doesn't change and this will hurt her sales further.


Dark Side as what I see it will be the Because of You and Already Gone of Stronger.

I could see "You Love Me" being Stronger's "Walk Away". I think it needs a few hits behind it to get noticed, so maybe I shouldn't group it together with "Let Me Down" in the flop department so fast.

Anyway, back to the world wide smash "Dark Side".

Lmd could be a safe 4th single now that I think about it! It leaked last year and radio was hungry for Kelly and some stations already start playing it! God knows how high it may peaked if back then Kelly and RCA capitalised those hype and announcing that lmd would be the lead single! It may end up even more successful as mkia as a lead single!
