Gaga has more of it than both of these hoes tho

But then there isn't a real definition of stage presence. You have to go over to "What really IS stage presence?".

She isn't like a Britney or Madonna nor does she have their type of fan base where the fans will still support her future tours for years and years to come. Rihanna's tours don't even gross that much compared to her peers, and she often struggles to sell tickets in the U.S. with her tours. Even her opening act Ciara got better reviews than her when they went on tour together.
So yes, she does need to step her performance game up.

Actually when people is doing good or relevant is when all type of discussion comes.....you don't discuss irrelevancy. what makes Rihanna Rihanna it's not her shows or performances, there are other things that make her to be a top girl...and is totally valid, like Britney sell her charm and legendaryness today, that's good for her and the fans....as a performer Rihanna is not Beyonce but she's not bad either...she can improve of course...but that's not what is Rihanna about, since day one, she didn't WAS a good performe before, and now sucks, no, she's been the same, and what she is make her a top artist.

I doubt you ever been to more than 20 concerts in your life. Their opinion > yours. There is nothing to discuss. You tried tho.

Everything I said earlier clearly went over your ****ing head, all her tour reviews have not been great. It's been mixed, my point was to form your own opinion. I even dumb it down for you by saying that one critic may say a movie is awful while the other may say it's great, either way it's still an opinion...so no...their opinion isn't above mine.
If a food critic who has 20 years experience takes me out to eat for dinner and says the lasagna is awful but I enjoyed it does that mean his opinion is superior to mine just because he has the experience of judging food?

It can tbh.
I hate to bring up my girl, but Britney went from that BBMA's performance to the FFT.

Well its a new era for her, i fully expect her to deliver that ''stage presence' her fans say she has at the coming awards shows next year .

Yes, of course. She's fun & hot... Her vocals are good, but I wish she'd do more dancing. I love her.

These are my opinions. Other people say she has stage presence in her youtube videos, but like i said, it's nothing like seeing her on stage right in front of you. her youtube videos are NOTHING compared to being in the same room as her, listening to her sing her heart out. where she says one word and the whole crowd screams. she smiles and pokes her tongue out and giggles, and the whole crowd screams. if that doesn't prove her star power and presence, i don't know what does. i've been to a beyonce show too and i enjoyed it as much as i did the rihanna shows i've been to. just because she doesn't deliver what the other pop girls do, does not mean she doesn't have stage presence. she has SOMETHING which makes her sell out 10 shows at the London O2 arena, and you cannot just dismiss that.

You're stating the obvious.
Of course live shows are different than watching it on television.
But you can still say whether a performance is good or
bad whether you watch it on television or see it live.

i just find it hilarious that people think they can appreciate stage presence from behind a computer screen. and the fact they think they know better than reviewers who have been to many many shows by all the biggest stars.
but whatever. rihanna remains unbothered whilst finishing her completely sold-out tour in the UK (and most of Europe).

But Willy, if I like the lasagna than I think me and my taste buds can form our own opinion without relying on the critic to tell me if it's good or bad.

It depends.
Britney has performed with both Madonna and MJ.
And she was on the same level.

Not very much. I don't think she's in the league of Britney, Gaga and Beyonce in terms of it.

Stage presence is key with every performer. Adele just stands there as sings, and I'm not a fan of hers, but the bitch has STAGE PRESENCE. It's not solely based on vocals, it's the way she carries herself on stage -- she commands attention. So despite what genre of music and what type of vocals or what type of artist you are, stage presence is essential, and I feel Rihanna is lacking heavily in that area... even after six albums.

Like i said she can improve as an artist...Rihanna's relevancy never came from being a killer performer, and maybe at this point of succes she doesn't need it, it would be nice if she improve but it's not transcendental for her, never was....she still a nice performer.

It's really subjective.
It's like if ... you thought an album that got a 95 on mediacritic and won 10 Grammy's was the worst album of 2011, but nobody agreed, who's opinion is right?

No lol.
The only artist that deliver it are Madonnna, Beyonce, Britney, and Gaga. I would put MJ but he's gone now unfortunately.
