I'm debating on Kiss N Tell and DWTIME even though I loved those two, KNT would have been perfect timing though because a lot of songs were sounding like it. DWTIME would have been risky.

DWTIME would've been better. KNT would've done nothing for her like Blow has done nothing. It would've gone 2x platinum like Blow but it wouldn't have really helped her get anywhere else at all.
Blind > DWTIME though.
