I'm pretty certain we're still getting another version of the song. GaGa said she filmed two videos. This song did not get released with a video, and I doubt she would do a video to this song unless it's a montage of her on tour because that would make more people enjoy it.

But Vin, man, you gotta step up your trolling. Stick to criticizing the execution rather than the idea and you'd be better off. There's nothing wrong with her doing a countrified song, in theory, whether she was born in NYC or Nashville (how restrictive and silly to argue otherwise), but this arrangement doesn't really do anything for me.
The new bridge at 2:40 is amazing. The beat is hot, I just wish she would've re-recorded the entire song. In parts of it, it seems that she's singing too fast and it doesn't match up with the music played behind it. But, it's just a bonus fan version anyway, so purpose served.
