Every artist has their own lane, their own style.
25 has lots of songs that are different from anything on 21, starting by the fact it is a more pop driven album and 21 was not.

Again this logic is ridiculous when basically everyone likes 21 which was more successful than 25 If it was an "anti-Adele's success" bias driving people to not like 25 then they'd also be trashing 21. Adele stans keep deflecting from the elephant in the room: 25 isn't a good album quality wise, period.

But that's obviously not true, though. Do you even remember 2011? Adele was called "boring," "bland," and "repetitive" for 21 as well, specifically from little monsters online (that's not to say all Gaga fans hated Adele, of course). A lot of people don't like Adele, period, actually.
