Roman Reloadeds covers are way messier and lazier looking than The Re-Up imo because they were actually for the main album and had a sick budget. Like really? You're on top of the charts and you make this mess? I actually like The Re-Up cover even if its just like a still basically.

Calling it "lazy" literally makes no sense at all, she shot 17 music videos for the album and countless stills were taken on set, she could have had any kind of cover she wanted. It was supposed to be simple on purpose. And yes it probably did not take long to make but that doesn't mean it's lazy. If you don't think it's a good cover that's one thing but you can't say they didn't put thought into it. They knew it would be iconic and easy to replicate, which it is
