Kesha broke down in late 2013, and Pebe was unaware of what had happened.
If some person was making your dreams come true, and you wanted something so badly, a lot of people who take the hard road. And Kesha clearly suppressed all her feelings, which is why she had a breakdown.
Things like this happen all the time, and the court will know this looking at past cases. It's very com in, and Luke is literally grasping at straws now.
