Are you being serious? Let me google the definition of "blackface" for you:
"the makeup used by a nonblack performer playing a black role. The role played is typically comedic or musical and usually is considered offensive."
A white person can dress up as a known black person without causing offense as long they don't color their skin black with make-up. A good example is when Miley dressed up as Lil Kim, I'm not a fan of Miley but she didn't need to do blackface to dress up as a known black person.
And your last statement is idiotic. Look up the history of blackface.
