The video is one of the breakthrough video of the year, because it’s so unique.. The song have a long intro but I like that part.. Though the song is not as phenomenal as their previous work, but I still give a credit for the song and it start the list at number 50..
49. John Legend – Everybody Knows
Album: Revolver
One of the song that so underrated this year.. But I love this song because this song is having beautiful arrangement and vocal from John Legend.. This is the third time in a row that John Legend put a single in the top 50 after P.D.A and Green Lights..
48. India.Arie Feat Musiq Soulchild – Chocolate High
Album: Testimony: Vol. 2, Love & Politics
One of the most beautiful duet this year.. This ballad is just perfect and makes my heart feels warm this year.. I think most of you don’t hear this track, but I suggest to hear this one..
47. Beyonce Knowles – Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)
Album: I Am…. Sasha Fierce
This song released last year, but It grow on me this year.. Some says that this is one of the most genius track of the year, and I agree.. This is a great song! With a great video too makes this track more perfect.. And for Beyonce stans, this is not the last bee’s appearance on my list..
46. Imogen Heap – First Train Home
Album: Elipse
First, I thought The only album that I love from Imogen Heap is only “Speak For Yourself”, but when I hear her last project “Elipse”, I fall in love again with her.. Including her first sinle “First Train Home” that enter my list at 46.. This song is amazing and still giving her unique style of music..
45. Kasabian – Fire
Album: West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum
Kasabian is back.. After the massive hit “Club Foot” the last song that I like from them, this year they’re back with their newest album.. And now I love them again.. Their second single “Fire” is great.. It’s really Firing me when I hear the song..
44. Alicia Keys – Doesn’t Mean Anything
Album: The Element of Freedom
To Be honest, I don’t really like As I Am, Alicia’s last year album.. But this year, after releasing TEoF, I love her so much.. especially her first single “Doesn’t Mean Anything”.. Though this song not as successful as her previous single, but still a beautiful song from a beautiful singer..
43. Jay-Z – D.O.A (Death of Autotune)
Album: The Blueprint 3
One of the most influential rapper all the time.. His latest album prove it more, and personally this is my most favorite work of him.. D.O.A is genius.. He still giving us his real vocal (not like others that use autotune) and I appreciate it so much.. And FYI, same as his wife, this is not his last appearance on the list
42. Britney Spears – 3
Album: The Single Collection
Her latest single from her greatest hits.. This song is fun and the video is sexy.. I don’t know why but late I like hear this song over and over again.. yeah, it’s a magic from Britney Spears that appealed to me from long way ago..
41. Miley Cyrus – Party in The USA
Album: Time Of Our Lives
The latest song on the list of this part is coming from one of the guiltiest pleasure this year.. OMG, this song is so brain washing.. Now I just humming this song.. What I like from the song is the beat and the mix between rock and pop from a teenage girl makes this song special..
