I'm not speaking for "these others" on here, just for myself. And since i'm a GaGa fan myself, I felt I had to let it be known that I was confused by this thread. But it's okay, I get it now. It just sucks that now you will be attacked by these hard core monsters. Gaga fans may not be "suicidal" (with out poof) but they sure are CRUEL CRUEL PEOPLE......why can't you just ask first, and attack after.

To add more, Anyone will be a Gaga stan for the sheer fact that she is a powerful upstanding bitch, but the bullied, outcast ,and teased will be drawn to her more for the fact that she takes the initiative to stand up for them.

Not all of Gaga's stans are depressed freakshows who all want to die. Not all of her fans are off screaming about how they will or want to kill themselves. Not all of Rih's stans are wrecks. Gaga stans just go to her because she's an inspiration to them, and there are plenty of her stans who are depressed, but that's not all of them at all.  As I said before, she's a celebrity, not Jesus or the actual savior of all of us. She can only do so much for a person. Obviously, it ends at a certain point, and some of her fans just can't get what they need, the hope or whatever, and they commit suicide.

Who's defending who in here?
Let the record show that several posters in this thread have made forehead, ****, money, and abuse jokes towards Rihanna and not one word of defense was typed from these fingers.
Compare that with the parade of Gaga stans rushing in to defend their fave.
Sensitivity seems to be a common trait, amongst other things, in a certain stan group I see. For a group of grown men, I've never seen such a high need for Midol PMS in my life.

In a mess of generalizations, you made the claim that Gaga stans hang onto her because it is the only thing that gives them meaning. I am telling you that Gaga's power/influence is felt through her fans for sure. Just under five years, Gaga has a pretty solid fan base. She speaks to them, they speak to her. Does Gaga give them meaning? Of course, but not because they are losers from low income familes Because Gaga happens to be an inspirational figure, which your fave is not. Yes, I will shade your fave until ATRL-O-Matic sees it fit that I stop.
