First, that is not Billboard though, as was claimed.
Second, comparing Rihanna directly to Gaga and Beyoncé is unfair due to the difference in the amount of albums released.
Thirdly, this is a bit flawed, considering it's only based on year-end lists and that is based entirely on when you release as much as it is how much you sell.
