not all contracts allow GH albums to count as an album.

The reason why she's probably going to drop this album so quick is because she wants out. I don't think Britney wants to continue in this business. If The Singles Collection would have counted as an album, she wouldn't be working so fast to release another album. She would take some time off to be with her boys. So she's still under contract for one more album.
