First of all she is not saying women who are femnine - she is saying women who are smart, but DUMB it down to be cute and not challenging.

She does say that it is against her idea of feminism, but she is saying that she wants to support them, but not the way they act (sexy without brain - which is probably where the stereotype of BLONDE women came from.)
