The gap in US sales is the same as the annual decline (12%). Roar wins in Europe, SIO in Asia. SIO generated way more album sales. Way more views (the lack of Spotify doesn't matter here, SIO accelerated on YT during the month it was available). More longevity.
Roar made IFPI list with 9.9m with only 4 months of availability. SIO couldn't make the top 10 even with streaming included (It had around 400 million views on VEVO)
Maybe the Swifties can stick to their Mediatraffic receipts.
