I know yours was one of prayer's favorite looks and it would probably be one of mine if it wasn't for the sweater! Everything from the skirt to the accessories was just immaculate and then there was that frumpy Christmas sweater that just threw me off. I would have totally loved it if it were a cropped sweater perhaps (then again who wears a cropped sweater in December - unless you're in a warm place - but still, fashion > comfort.) It's very clear you have a great eye but this was just a matter of styling!

Today we are grieving the loss of our good sis, HausOfCarlos. Naturally, you are all distraught over the news and will be attending the funeral. Because a fashion legend has passed, it is expected that everyone will serve their best in these dark times.

"The Funeral" minichallenge is simple, put together a look that will steal not only the spotlight off HausOfCarlos' decaying corpse, but off the others in attendance as well. As usual, you must include text with your entry.

You are NOT required to participate in this challenge but the winner will be given IMMUNITY from elimination in the next round. So as you can see, it is in your best interest to play. If your submission is not in by the deadline, we will just assume you are not interested in participating in this particular mini challenge.

CARA DELEVINGNE'S FUNERAL

Lady Gaga was a mess after finding out Cara had passed. Once a fashion legend, Gaga believed it was best to honor her by making a statement. She had never had a reason to wear her vintage Balenciaga dress so this was a perfect opportunity to do so. It was out there but if there was anyone who could pull it off, it was her. Accompanied by long leather gloves, she styled the garment with a Harry Winston diamond wreath, Alexander McQueen mary janes and a black fishnet veil that tied around to the back of her cascading brown locks. Her face was powdered a bit pale and was even more severe due to the dark red, nearly black lips. Lastly, her nails matched the solemn occasion with black velvet Chanel nail varnish. At the funeral, one could hear occasional whimpers from the back row where she sat not to draw any further attention to herself. One thing was for sure, Cara was going to be missed.

Rihanna, being the edgy and provocative queen that she is, decided to be a little risque with a dress with a sheer top that revealed her black strapless bra. Over the dress she wore a black cropped cardigan and black gloves. She wore black YSL pumps and triangle earrings.
