all of her previous albums have scanned well over 600k, and now she has her biggest opening and is bigger than ever shes sure to soar past that again. some artists dont even have a 500k selling album with bigger first week sales GP queen
Demi's sales are always frontloaded. Meanwhile Selena works with longevity. We all saw what happened to HA and CGI. And let's not forget that all of Selena's previous sold less than Demi's albums in the first week but outsold them in the long run.
We all should be glad she's going to snatch that #1 with her highest week sales yet.
It's amazing how when Demi was predicted to do higher numbers people dragged her but yet when Selena is predicted to do LOWER numbers she's somehow slaying?
I like Selena but these numbers are average at best and nothing to brag about. Especially considering how big Come & Get It was and the amount of promo she did, she isn't "slaying" anybody.

Selena's debut album as a solo artist shot right up to #1 on its release date which prompted Selena to earn her first #1 on iTunes (ever) 5 years into her career. Only days later, she fell to #2 on iTunes behind Jay Z and now she is #3 behind Disney's Teen Beach Movie. Billboard predicted that she will sell around 100k and get her first #1 on the Hot 200 but it seems like she is not proving her longevity (for her first week sales). Keep in mind she's been promoting and performing everywhere. Is this a sign of trouble for selly? Will she get her first #1? Will this be her fourth consecutive album to miss 100k in first week sales?
Hopefully there are more people buying physical copies than digital so that she can still get her #1 debut
