I wonder if the region block being dropped is going to mean that people who live in Africa, South America, and Asia etc... will have the availability to buy an Xbox One now. Since Microsoft said before that certain countries wouldn't be able to buy one because of the region coding. Not that any of those countries would even buy one after there announcement, but still interesting to see if they plan to make it a much more global entertainment console then before where they basically said if your not in the US or canada then it won't work.
It's simple. If you don't wish to tie a game to your account, that's fine. You must have the disc on you at all times, though. With optional registration, you can install it and play across consoles.
