I don't think ratings have much of anything to do with it. The quality of a song has never had any real impact on how well it does commercially. Marry The Night is either going to be a huge hit or a huge miss, IMO. Luckily, a huge miss probably won't flop, but it will underperform.

I think there's plenty of potential hits left on BTW. I could see Scheisse doing well. It's catchier than anything on radio right now. They just need to edit the german out of the second verse to make it a little more accessible.

"Marry The Night" is one of my favorite songs from the album.
Also- Adele is just crazy stable with her sales. Poor Kanye- no AOTY this year for you.. Its pretty much a guarantee that Adele takes it. Metacritic scores have never been too important with the Grammy voters. And Adele has a good score there as well.

Comparing 'Rated R' to 'Born This Way' is outlandish, especially considering in its first week BTW has outsold 'Rated R. Rhianna and Gaga are two different forces, it is useless for anyone to compare them. There is no lesson for Gaga/Interscope to learn

Not true. It was never sold for that cheap. It was on sale for $3.99 its first week but Amazon gave users a promotion code that week to get $3 worth of MP3s for free.
