Thats what happens when you focus and take your time to really make an album which is amazing and filled with brilliant music. Instead of rush releasing a piece of **** album to capitalize on your hype and releasing a desperate song in order to capitalize on the gays and claiming that your piece of festering **** of an album is the greatest album of the decade.
Funny how Gaga's label didn't have confidence in the record. They know its complete and utter ****, so they sold it for 99c, hey, 99c is not much money to waste.
Born This Way is garbage and about 50% of those sales come from the 99c deal.

I doubt 1 million bought the album because it was cheap. They must have had some interest in the album to even look it up and see it costed $.99.

Congrats to Gaga, now we have FIVE women who have sold 1 million+ in one week.
Britney Spears' "Oops!...I Did It Again" - (1,319,000)
Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" - (1,100,000)
Whitney Houston's "Bodyguard" soundtrack- (1,061,000); 1st to do it in May of 1991
Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" -1,047,000 million
Norah Jones' Feels Like Home (1,022,000).
It's kind of funny that 3/5 five albums by a female artist to sell over 1 million were done so in May.

Cute.

I'm sure if everyone sold their album for 99c, we'll see albums selling 700k- 1million + in their opening week. This would be more impressive if it was sold at full price and not practically given away for free.

Even if one of Femme Fatale's versions was 0.99 on one retailer for two days, no one would have given a **** about it

Clearly.
I'm not necessarily addressing you, but everyone either needs to stop shading or stop making excuses. It just makes a person sound stupid.

People need to learn how to troll.
When we can practically see your blood pressure rising and your eye twitching through your posts, you're not doing a good job of it.
