What did you girls eat today?
My day plan:
I took two oxyElite Pro pills 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
for breakfast I made myself an egg white omelet with broccoli, mushrooms, and light cheddar.(this is so damn delicious). I also had a small portion of oatmeal and drank a large cup of water and milk.
For lunch I just had an Avocado salad (fresh tomatoes, spring mix salad, a whole avocado, feta cheese, with some macadamia nuts). I drank this all down with some energy crystal light.
and my mom hasn't made dinner yet. I'm not ever hungry though.
....
I was feeling kind of down at the gym. I really should have stayed home today. I didn't put that much energy like I should have. I burned 625 calories.
I have a heart rate monitor and I recommend you girls to get one. It keeps a good track of your workouts.
