It's not aging badly. It's called not having your Makeup team spend 3 hours on your face everyday you go out. Rihanna is always in full makeup in Candids. Britney is never. When she is she is beautiful.

Britney is extremely beautiful but she does have very basic/typical facial features.. There is nothing striking about her such as Rihanna with her eyes.

She has unique facial structure. Brigitte Bardot would have been a better example, though she gained weight and they aren't as pronounced, she was actually gorgeous at one time unlike Debbie Harry.
