3. He scored his 60th #1 single at age 60
4. Don't ****ing complain about one of the only "previous generation" artists to earn a nomination this year. This show is so focused on the newbies and they pay dust to the older, generally better acts. It's obnoxious and ageist.

*scratches head* it doesn't make it sexist that Carrie was passed over for a nod. Sure, she could have replaced Aldean (or Bryan, honestly) but the CMAs have ALWAYS ignored women in the EOTY category. Taylor being constantly nommed, while annoying, is actually progress for the Awards.

Carrie could have replaced all four males in the category yet they chose not to. Blake over Carrie really? That screams not making any progress.

Blake will continue getting Entertainer nominations as long as he is on The Voice. He's the most visible man in country music, imo.
