OMG I was thinking the same just went to find out the guys name and you've posted this!
He has apparently co-written and co-produced Born This Way, as well as one other track on the album. Gaga hasn't credited him, neither is he credited on her BMI.
However , Billboard did credit him when they reviewed the single.
